Title: Plastic surgery on TV
Post by: ReBurn on August 29, 2005, 09:48:36 PM
I think I have an addiction.  It's these plastic surgery shows on TV.  I just can't seem to get enough of them.  There's something about watching people voluntary butcher themselves that is somehow captivating.

Oh, and the girl that had her ears done?  She looks the same to me, but I wouldn't want to hurt her self-asteem any more than it already is.

You know what I like to watch? Anything that doesn't involve doctors putting things into or taking things out of people. This even includes porn.

That's ok.  I'm finished with the plastic surgery.  I'm watching Transformers: The Movie now.

I guess it's wishful thinking to hope that's on cable.

I like to watch things like that too.  I spent hours one night at Noel's watching some makeover show and both of us decided that if someone else would pay for it, we'd be all over it.

I'd get my teeth fixed, maybe a boob lift and some lipo.
She wants a boob lift, "wattle reduction" and I think her teeth done too.

I used to watch the surgery shows in college.  I even taped a vasectomy on a VHS tape that was so horrifying that I knew it would be perfect to throw in at parties when no one was paying attention.

I watch the shows out of interest, but I wouldn't consider any work on myself or suggest that anyone else go under the knife.  I'm a fan of sticking to how you are.

/me . o O ( little do they know i'm saving my pennies for surgical penis enlargment and cleft enhancement )

I love Plastic Surgery: Before and After on Discovery Health.

I would get a little lipo if I did plastic surgery.

I like some of those shows, just because I like watching surgery.  I actually planned on becoming a surgeon, but got high instead.

Most of them make me really sad for the people involved.

Medical Incredible on Discovery Health is going to be about Lobster Hand Disease.  It comes on this Sunday night I think.

I used to have a true crime book about the lobster handed circus midget whose family paid to have him shot in the head.  I never read it, but the pictures were certainly interesting.

There was a chick on Plastic Surgery:  Before and After who got a boob job as a business expense...she is starting a dominatrix type personal trainer business.  She wears leather and ho boots and  :whip: her clients into shape.

There was also a Mennonite that got a face lift and had access skin removed.  He was hoping no one he knew watched the show.

I checked yesterday and the lobster hand one comes on Monday night at 10.  At least that's what the interactive channel guide said.
