Title: Beowulf
Post by: Beefy on August 18, 2005, 06:42:12 AM
QuoteRobert Zemeckis directing a screenplay adaptation of BEOWULF scripted by Roger Avary and Neil Gaiman and starring Crispin Glover, Ray Winstone and Angelina Jolie.

And it will be animated like The Polar Express.

:wtf:

Animated Crispin doesn't sound as great, or creepy.

I wrote a sequel to Beowulf in High School. It was about Beowulf's son or something.

I got in an argument with my Sr. year English teacher.  She said we were going to read Beowulf by Goethe.  I raised my hand and corrected her.  She was not happy and said she just confused Beowulf with Faust.  I told her that tons of people probably make that mistake every day as the two stories are very similar.

I got a C- on my midterm.   :(
