I've been trying to eat better. Well, mostly.
Yesterday, I had cereal and a glass of milk for breakfast, and homemade beefaroni for lunch. Dinner was effin' amazing - rosemary pork with roasted tomatoes, onions, garlic, and peppers with pasta and cheese.
This morning I had cereal and a glass of milk again. This is a lot better than my usual chocolate donut mini's and a diet coke.
Then I got to work.
Someone brought donuts. I had to eat one. It'd be rude not to, right?
I just had two kolaches.
I broke down and went to Burger King for breakfast.

They've got the 2 for $2.22 breakfast sandwiches there. Too bad I don't eat.
Better to eat one and walk away than deny yourself totally. Binges come of that frustration.
I have (pretty much) one soda a day, that way I don't feel like going out tomorrow and drinking 3 liters by myself. Oops, sorry OB, litres.
The doughnut is not necessarily "healthy" - but you had a good breakfast, which kick started your metabolism so, added to the not wanting to be rude thing, I think the doughnut's cancelled out.

Do fruit loops count? That's what I had today. Yesterday I had corn chex, which I'm sure was good, but the fruit loops I'm not so sure about.
When I moved my mom and dad both sent me all the cereal out of their cabinets or something so I seriously have like 6 different kinds of cereal right now. I think I'll have frosted miniwheats tomorrow.

I  frosted miniwheats. 'cept I'm too cheap to buy them, so I get "frosted mini spooners" instead.

Mine are the walmart brand. I prefer the big shredded wheat myself, non-frosted. I add sugar, though.

As a kid, we would get the big shredded wheats and put a little honey on top and toast them in the toaster oven before putting the milk on. Tasty.
That's like eating bark.

Froot Loops should be their own food group. So should Fruity Pebbles.
Cocoa Pebbles are better.
Nuh-uh.
Are so.

Fruity Pebbles = THE BOMB! I love Fruity Pebbles!
Too bad I won't let the kids eat them. :-\
It's sad that I would rather eat a bowl of Special K.
Really, regular shredded wheat is my favorite.
Hopefully you two are at least regular.
I'm unleaded.
Funny, but our kids (and probably the younger members here) will likely never know that there was a choice between regular and unleaded.

Unless they are into Nascar, since they still get to run leaded gas.
We used to have to buy lead substitute for my friend DJ's 65 Galaxie.

Hot grape nuts is really good, though.
One time when I was a kid, I was on vacation with my mom and grandfather. We had spent the night at some cousin's house. For breakfast, I had Grape Nuts.
It was so horrible, I took it outside and poured it out in their flowerbed. I wonder if they ever noticed.
I haven't eaten Grape Nuts since.

I'm sure they noticed when the grape nuts bush sprouted the following spring.

ACtually a wind blown form of lichen. Lichens are fascinating organisms, not really a single species themselves but a symbiotic relationship bettweena fungus and a photosynthesizing cyanbacteria, which is responsible for the color often observed.
Lichens are neither flora nor fauna.
Lichens tend to grow on trees.
The Lychans aren't organizing!
