I love chicken tikka masala. LOVE IT.
But I never make it, even though it's usually fairly easy.
Yesterday though, I had a brainstorm! Jarred tikka masala sauce (Patak's brand, if you're interested) over a chicken IN THE CROCK POT.
I put a bunch of cilantro inside the chicken, poured the sauce over it and turned it on. If this works, I foresee lots of ctm in my future.
If it doesn't work, I'll change the subject of my post.

Mmm. We had Indian last weekend and it was sooo good.
We had Greek last night.
