That looks sounds delicious.
The blackberry vines around here are as prevalent as Kudzu is in the south. I imagine that we'll be able to harvest 50-100 quarts from the area behind our back yard alone.
Unfortunately, blackberry vines are the meanest thing I have ever encountered. One small strand of a vine brushed my arm when I was mowing and it caught. I had to stop and reverse direction to disengage the vine from my torn skin. I finished mowing the yard and went in to wash the copious amount of blood off my arm and discovered that the thorns break off when they catch. I had to tweeze about 7 thorns out of my skin.
We're still going to harvest the berries when they ripen.
Ooh! You should buy a dehydrator and make blood blackberry fruit roll ups!
