Title: Skinny Cow ice cream

This shit is really good.  Especially the caramel ice cream cones.  Like drumsticks, but less bad for you.

I like the drumstick version because you get that chunk of ice cream cone at the bottom that's full of solid chocolate.

I looked up their website and apparently they are available in the Houston area.  I'm also happy to find out that they are calculated according to weight watcher's point system.  Since I'm currently ON the program, these sound like they'd fit nicely as a sweet treat.  So far I've lost a little over 11 lbs in the past 4 weeks.  I've actually been half-assing it so it should be a greater amount of loss-but still.  I'm pleased with the progress and it hasn't been that difficult.  I've also been working out about 3 days a week.  I'm ramping up to 5 days a week while I'm off school.
