Title: Weird printer issue
Post by: Jessie on May 09, 2005, 07:37:10 AM
One of the salesmen just asked me about this problem he's having.

He printed a page from a website, and now everything that he prints has the url of that page at the bottom.

Any ideas?

My guess is that the printer driver didn't clean up after itself somehow.  Has he bounced his PC yet?

Does that mean reboot, or do you want him to really throw it on the ground?

My brother tried that with the plastic peanut butter jars when they first came out and had the commercial where the jar was bouncing on the kitchen floor.  It didn't bounce.

I usually leave that open for the user to decide, but I meant reboot.

Between this sound advice and the security of having DS around, I never worry about having computer issues.
