Thank heaven for that woman.

I cannot understand what would drive a person to do this to any living creature.

There was mention in the Fark thread that some folks were having Paypal issues.  I had no problem.

Agreed.  You know, one day we're going to read a story like this, and the two of us are going to go beat the offender into the ground.  It's bound to happen.

Two?  Try three.  Or 4 if Beef joins.

Four?  Like the A-Team? Hell yeah!

I love it when a plan comes together.

I've seen pretty beat up dogs from "good" owners that made me want to beat the shit out of the people- add me to the list.

The one that sticks in my mind is Anna- a great dane so emaciated that she had sores from lying on concrete.  I had to hand feed her a mush made of stewed chicken and vegetables for days before she'd eat on her own.  And after all that, we had to give her back to the owners that made her that way.  They "promised" to do better.

I left the kennel soon after that, so I don't know what happened to her.

:(

That's terrible.  I've dealt with a few similar situations myself.

Thank you for your generous donation.  The vets are very pleased with the way Gypsy's surgery went on Tuesday.  It will be a couple of days before we know for sure that this method worked.  We had a report yesterday that Gypsy actually has a profile again!  The only concern at this point is that Gypsy keeps licking her lips and they are afraid she will tear out the stitches.  The vets were going to sedate her again today and reinforce all of her stitches.

Please keep Gypsy in your thoughts and prayers.
