They were a bad offense and an underachieving defense, usually that means they were a bad team. If it weren't for special teams, they'd be a complete afterthought in the league this year.
Thomas Jones was missed WAY more than they anticipated and Ced Benson proved he still isn't ready for every down work (he may never be). The QB carousel was pathetic and reminiscent of the mid 90's when they rotated Erik Kramer and "warm body of the week". They obviously can't draft a QB well, being O-fer about 50 years. So they ought to just go grab a good free agent. Oh, and Ron Turner has to go, his offensive play calling is about as sophisticated as what I used to run when I coached Junior High.
