I made no cell phone comment. It was a comment directed at his overall mental state. And I do mean mental.

Remember when you could get popsicles form the ice cream man for a quarter?  Now it's $1 minimum, for the cheapest, grossest popsicle.  Damn inflation.

My god, I need therapy just for my sense of humor.  I just thought, "Too bad he didn't commit his crimes in Austria, he'd be SET."

Ha!  I probably would have thought the same thing.

I don't think I've even stayed in a hotel that nice.

I think all sorts of inappropriate things about the whole situation.  Gets me through the day.

If we're both unmarried at 40, lets go away for a 'honeymoon' together to somewhere as nice or nicer than prison.

Nothing new there.

At least we want our rooms as nice as the ones in prison, vs our men.

Yeah.  Dated an ex convict (though for such a stupid crime... he wasn't even "bad boy" material) and I'll never do that again.

I don't think it counts as "ex" if he has to go back.

That's true.  I dated a convict that turned into an ex convict.

Weird art in that prison.  Hey!  I have an idea!!  Let's decorate the jail with, say, long sticks and pointy branches!  Totally benign in the hands of criminals!

I'm unmarried and 40.  Does that mean that I can g to a nice prison?

I actually stayed in a hotel in Sweden that was a converted prison... ineresting
