I just ordered my tamales for Christmas Eve.

A mi, me gusta tamales de puerco.   :oink:

I've never tried them.

I'm cooking dinner for myself, Timothy, and two of my brothers on Christmas eve.  I don't know what I'll fix yet.  Suggestions?

I don't know anything about twice baked potatoes.

I'm thinking of doing something different and having a lasagna or something.  I dunno, though.

No offense to your cooking skills, but I doubt your wife has had Dentrassi twice baked potatoes.  They are positively hoopy!
