Oh man, I'm so full right now.
I just cooked artichoke dip with garlic bread, chicken sauteed with garlic and basil, and buttered potatoes.
Timothy also had peas, but I don't like them.
It was fan-fucking-tastic.
I am cooking chicken in a homemade mango chutney with a side of wild rice and sliced tomatoes.
In about 10 minutes I will be in heaven.
that sounds absolutely delicious. Did you scoop the center out of the bread for the dip? you why you're gay
I had mac & cheese.
From a box.

Mago chutney FUCKED MY WORLD UP!

Me too! My wife wanted Mac and Cheese for diner and we had two boxes of Kraft Organic White Cheddar Mac and Cheese in the pantry so I made them both. I did add about 1/4 cup of fresh grated Parmesan cheese to the mix. It was actually very tasty.

But it's delicious on regular chicken.
I had pasta in a vodka sauce.
I had a piece of cinnamon toast! I love that stuff.
Making bacon and eggs right now! WOOHOO NOT HAVING A REAL JOB!!!!
I just had 2 ibuprofen and some coffee. Gotta love breakfast.
I just had carrots and celery with Caesar dressing. I wanted ranch, but they didn't have any. Bit of a letdown.
I had nothing.
I'm thinking about going to WaWa for a sandwich.

Yeah I guess.
But you know what really rules? My tomato chutney. It's not all sweet like a mango chutney. It's ten times more kickass. It's also really good with eggs. Like pitch-a-tent good.
I had sushi with daniel. It was awesome.
i had mixed veggies, and a baked potato. yummy

I am now just eating breakfast.
A sausage cheese and egg bagel.

It was eggs benedict day in the cafeteria, of which I am particularly fond. They make it better here than most restaurants in the city. It doesn't taste like dirty ass grill like in the city. So it was a hastily gobbled two eggs ben, some canned apricots, two grapefruit halves, milk, and grapefruit juice.
Worked for me. Better than the revolting sausage and egger things they try and pull off sometimes. Bleh
One thing I have to say about Northern Idaho, it is a cheap place to eat. A Double Cheese, Double Sausage, Double Egg on a large bagel is $3. Delivered.

Nice.
If I wasn't in a hurry I would have savored the eggs ben longer. I only had about 5 apricot halves, so it really wasn't a lot of food, but it was all good. I just want them to run out of fruit punch in the drink machine so they go back to pineapple juice.
Another great breakfast is buttered and peanut buttered toast, some scramble or doped scramble, and the apricots.
Breakfast is perhaps among the better meals here in the cafeteria.

In the cafeteria at my last job they always had crappy rubbery scrambled eggs, chewy bacon, and sausage that you needed a sawzall to cut through. I stuck with lunch most of the time.
I never get the bacon here, because it tastes like crap, it has that "rancid grill taste" which totally sicks me out. The scramble is usually pretty fluffy, and I never touch the sausage for the love of Jah.
I would eat eggs Benedict every day if I could.
If you did, your cholesterol would be astronomically high. Hollandaise sauce = egg yolks and butter.
it's clarified butter.
Don't get me started on oil chemistry propaganda.

yeah DS, you can't have it!
I make my hollandaise with 1/2 stick salted butter, two egg yolks, and 2 TB lemon juice. Sometimes I add an extra bit of butter to make it more creamy or a little more lemon juice to make it more tart.
I don't bother clarifying the butter and it still tastes yummy.
I have never had eggs benny.
I don't think that's big enough.

Maybe...you know what? I might go there this weekend. Thanks for the suggestion.
They do eggs benedict with crab cakes instead of canadian bacon around here. But I've never tried it.
I like them with spinach instead of ham.

I've been thinking of what to do for a Halloween costume party this year and I can't decide between a bag of pre-washed, ready to eat spinach or a stingray.
