My friend John is selling his condo.

Does the condo mind relocating to say, Kentucky, for about 1/4 of the price?
IF so, HELL YEAH!!

Yeah, it's craziness how much homes cost up there. He and I paid the same initial price for our homes; John got the 2/2 condo you see there, and I got a 1800-sqft house in the suburbs. (Neither of us paid $199,500, but his place appreciated like gangbusters.)

That condo is bigger than my house (not by much) and cost almost $100K less :(
That'd be a screamin' price in Reno. My 900sqf 3br 1ba condo went for more than that, and it's right next to the HS football field.
oh hey- I lied. Here's a remodled version of the one I had, same sqf etc. The prices have gone down:

It's cute. I like the bathroom sink. I'm always tempted to buy something like that when I'm in Mexico, but never have.

Tell him to buck up, Shawn Alexander will be back and they'll be winning again before he knows it.
Ha.
Actually, he's not very sports-inclined. Couldn't name one Seahawks player.

I don't know that I could, either. It's really hard to read their names when the guys are all flat on their backs.
Sorry, can you tell I'm really ecstatic about that game?
