My dad called me today to ask if I'd watched the VCU v Duke game.  They're still celebrating, even though they're out. 

On a related note, my step-mother was just awarded an outstanding woman in science award.  I'm not sure if it's just from VCU or from Virginia or bigger, but even if it's just VCU, that's still pretty sweet.

I doubt my parents could make anything out of a coconut.  Although we did just find out that my step-sister is incubating a new baby.  And it's supposed to be a boy - based on how hairy her husband is, coconut isn't an entirely inappropriate nickname.
