Shower Head

I hate the shower head that I have. I am thinking about installing this one. Anyone know of anything better and yes get your minds out of the gutter.

Less expensive is good.  You'll note, if you look in my shower, that I still have the craptacular one that came with my house.  I have a difficult time dropping $80 on a showerhead.
