The inside of it is starting to smell like BO. That can't be healthy.

I use the same bottle all day, but I get a fresh one each morning.

Must be nice.

If it's empty and on my desk, the cleaning ladies toss it.

I can't even begin to mention how annoying that gets.

You're not supposed to reuse them.  Get yourself a sippy bottle that you can run through the dishwasher.
