Mircrowavable bacon

This appealed to me all of the sudden at the grocery store tonight. Wow, that's some soggy bacon.

I don't know. Gamp is the bacon expert. This box just said "microwavable."

Gamp would know. She gets this half-inch think bacon and it takes 15 minutes in the nuke to cook it. The whole house smells of bacon all day long and we need a quart coffee can to get rid of all the grease.

I like the pre-cooked bacon that you can get now.  20 seconds in the microwave to bacon-goodness.  It isn't crispy, but it isn't soggy, either.

You have coffee cans? I thought that Gamp hated everything about coffee.

That being said, the pre-cooked bacon is wonderful. It takes about 5 seconds per strip to heat it in the microwave and is great cold as a salad or sandwich condiment.

Wow cool! Other people who don't like coffee! The best I can do with coffee is cappuchino...the kind that tastes a lot like hot chocolate and not a lot like coffee.

There's a thing you can buy to cook bacon in teh microwave.  A little twelve year old girl invented it and got rich.  It looks kinda like an old fashioned clothes line of sorts.
