Threesome's soundtrack is pretty great.

In terms of orchestrated music, Star Trek 6 is excellent.

The only movie where I went out the next day and bought the soundtrack was Rushmore.  I still love it, though it takes me back to that time in my life, which was kind of awkward.  I think, though, that A Mighty Wind has the soundtrack that i've listened to the most (most specifically the Mitch and Mickey songs).

50 First Dates

Even though it's all covers (except Forgetful Lucy) and some people don't like that, I think it's very good.

Jessie

I like the I am Sam soundtrack, and it's all covers, too.

I liked the 311 cover.

I also liked the Blade 2 soundtrack.  I played that when I did night driving.

I liked it the first couple of times, but it got overplayed really fast, given how many good songs there are on that OST.
