I just watched the first of two episodes (tonight) of the "Book of Daniel"

I like it.  Fark the people trying to close it down.

I didn't see it, and I really don't plan to watch it.  From the previews, it feels like it's trying to be Dysfunctional 7th Heaven, trying to pick up the Joan of Arcadia audience.  Doesn't look that interesting to me, but that doesn't mean other people can't like it.

Especially given the end of Joan Season 2, where G-d tells Joan who her army is to oppose Ryan and the police, the press, and the school board, and then the wind starts up, and you just KNEW it was going to be an awesome third season.

Then it wasn't.
