Title: Blade: Trinity
Post by: Beefy on April 26, 2005, 07:43:57 PM
Tonight's viewing.

I was told that I should watch the theatrical cut first, as it has a better ending than the unrated cut.

While I enjoyed the first Blade, and consider myself a fan of the second one, I get the feeling that I'll not be wanting to watch this film more than once.

I didn't care for the ending.

There were two more Blades?  Blade is that Wesley Snipes vampire movie, right?

I can see why Snipes is pissed about Trinity.  The only reason it exists is to set up a new Nightstalkers franchise.

And I was right, it wasn't good or interesting enough to make me want to watch any other versions of it.

Trinity = suckage.

And that's saying alot.

Man do I not like VanWilderwhat'shisnuts.

**edit**  I tried watching it THREE time and each time I fell asleep because it was so freaking boring.

And Parker Posey?  I love her, but wow I wanted to hit her in this movie.

Parker Posey was so amazingly miscast you have to wonder how the director didn't fire her after day one.

She's getting by on her boyish good looks.

I can't stand Parker Posey.  Every movie she's in is the same character: a whiny self-absorbed bitch from Dazed and Confused.

I will say this for the film: the Pomeranian (sp?) had me laughing.

VJ - that was exactly how she played the role of her vampire.  A total misfire.

There's so few of us that can pull that off these days...

Hm....

Trinity - whiny
Josie and the Pussy Cats - Whiny
Scream 3 - Whiny
.
.
.
Best in Show - not whiny, but ...off
Waiting for Guffman - not whiny at all :)
A Mighty Wind - not whiny :)

I don't get why in the second Blade the lady vampire friend dies so peacefully when every other vampire who got destroyed by the sun dies so horribly

did I say blind?  I meant deaf.  the deaf character with sunglasses was annoying.  I hate deaf people.  Think they're so great.  Not like they can read this anyway.
