Jessie

Is there a way for my boss to email her calendar to her boss (the CEO, not that that matters)?

We are using Outlook 2003.

Thank you in advance for your time and patience and caring and handjobs.

Oh wait, that's me.

I don't know about emailing, but there is a way she can set it so that her boss can open her calendar in Outlook and see it.
"Pinky, are you pondering what I'm pondering?"
I think so, Brain, but how will we get the Spice Girls into the paella?

Go to your calendar.

Click "File", "Import and Export".  Then export your calendar as a file to an excel or word sheet.  Then email it out as an attachment.

I think that only works if you are using Exchange.

It only exports to access or excel, and in excel it is very ugly.  He likes shiny and pretty stuff.
