I love Firefly... but Serenity is nowhere as cool as the Aluminum Falcon.
Aluminum Falcon. Hee hee.
It's all about iconography, which is something that Serenity simply doesn't have.
I'd say it's the Browncoats who are the fanboys in this equation.

Yeah, the aluminum falcon is a classic ship!! And I might add, one of the few movie spacecraft designs that completely ignored the basic tenets of bilateral symmetry.
