It's a movie by Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the guys that do South Park.

It's about a mormon guy (Trey) who is doing his mission work in LA. A porn producer seems him fight and wants Trey to star in his new action/adventure/porno movie. He offers Trey a bunch of money, which Trey needs to get married in Utah. Trey agrees to do the movie, but only the fighting scenes. The sex parts are done by a "stunt cock."
Of course the producer turns out to be evil and Trey gets sucked into the porno world, where he must battle his way out, all while trying to share with people his love for Jesus.
Matt Stone plays a camera guy and has some of the best lines in the movie. "I don't mean to sound queer, but I'd kinda like to take you home tonight and have sex with you." He also screams "STUNT COCK!" every time the movie swtiches from action to porno.

My brothers have raved about that for years, and I've still yet to see it.  Damn it.
