I havent had a Mt dew in over a year.   i think jan 1 it will be 2 years.  I used to drink that **** about 3 or 4 a day.

When I started working out again, I made myself limit my soda intake.  my company provides free sodas so it was easy to drink three or four of them by the days end.  Turns out those things have about 14th of a cup of sugar per can.  That's a ton of sugar that isn't going to be processed and is just going to turn into fat.  As it stands, I may have one soda on the weekend if I'm at a restaurant, but other than that, it's mostly juice or water or some coffee in the mornings.

I bought a 44 oz. Diet Coke this morning, but I've only drank about a 5th of it. I've been drinking water instead. Now the Diet Coke is all warm.
