Beef Fondue Sauce

Food processor required:

Makes about 2/3 c (so make at least double)

1 clove garlic (if you like garlic put in a lot more than this...and using chopped garlic works best)
2T butter
1/4 c catsup
1/4 c white vinegar
1 T worchestershire sauce
1 t paprika
1/2 t dry mustard (i typically omit)
2 drops of tobasco

Blend in food processor...mainly to chop up butter.  Once all the butter is chopped up it should look like a red sauce with specs of garlic in it
