My only advice is do not stray from a state university for any "online college".  They are often more expensive and infintely less credibile than the distance program of a state u.  pick a small state the tuition is often cheaper.

touche food is good. we watched movies from a professor who tried to write on a whiteboard with chalk and took 15 minutes every class to figure out the video system which NEVER CHANGED.
