Title: Mmm, Tater Wedges
Post by: Jessie on July 24, 2007, 12:13:56 PM
My god, KFC Potato Wedges are so incredibly fantastic.

The bbq sandwich wasn't bad, but I could eat my weight in the potato wedges.

I was just looking up how to cook these, and the recipe calls for MSG.  Does anyone keep that on their spice rack?

what makes tater wedges different than a fully loaded baked potato?  other than the deep fry

My Nana used to keep MSG in her spice rack.  I don't remember why, but it had something to do with my grandfather's food.

We had MSG in the spice rack growing up. My mom added it to stir fry things.  I'm unsure what it does.

Their potato wedges are even better if you dip them in their honey mustard sauce.

MSG kicks flavors up a notch.

It's a flavor enhancer.

The only similarity is that they are both potatoes.
