Yeah, I know. But I can hope.
I tell you one thing that bothers me right off the bat from watching that trailer: they're already introducing a conspiracy to the show. Shady government types and such.
To me, the interesting part is how these various individuals react to becoming extraordinary and how they choose to incorporate that into their daily lives. Trying to shoehorn a conspiracy in, especially right away, worries me.
Yeah, I would think that the course for the series to take would be to have the first several episodes focus on how the characters deal with their newfound abilities. Obviously someone is going to go bad as some point. Then bring in the conspiracy. But now that I think about it, that is rather predictable.
Well, it does have Ali Larter in it. Perhaps her character is a whipped cream fanatic...
What I had originally read is that it's not a conspiracy against them (at first), but a worldwide/world-ranging "problem" that they all have to get together to solve.
Guess they changed it.
Conspiracy sells these days.

Well, I haven't read anything. I mostly just saw the trailers on tv and thought "that'll be cool."
Saw the pilot. At least, the pilot that was filmed, before being edited down to 40 mins (unless they do a "presented with limited commercial interruption by Sphincterene (www.mintyass.com) or something).
Very interesting. Some really funny moments with the Japanese guy. They only covered like 6 of the people in the original treatment I read, which means there's another bunch of superheroes waiting to be discovered. A lot of the hyperbolic connections between the people in the show a la the flashbacks of Lost -- Desmond and Libby, Bernard and whatshername seeing Sun and Jin at the airport cafe, etc. It COULD get confusing. But the large cast, I think, is what's really going to do it in.
The show will last maybe two months, which sucks, because it has potential. I hope NBC puts it on SciFi -- since they own it.

My favorite Hero so far is the Asian guy. I also love the way they treated the Japan part of the pilot in the DVD I saw. I hope they didn't change that.
It was okay. It has potential, both to become something really spiffy and something really terrible. I'm betting on the latter but hoping for the former.
Ali Larter is still astonishingly hot.
The best part of the whole thing was that it led me to watch Studio 60 last night, which was really, really good.

I really think NBC is going to do everything it can (in this case, having past episodes available online) to make it a hit. I am sure they have sunk some serious money into it.

I'm pretty sure the production company will keep churning out good episodes.
I'm not at all sure that NBC won't cancel the show after four episodes when it doesn't perform well enough. Because it won't. Unfortunately.
Hopefully they'll at least pawn it off on Sci-Fi and Bravo (both of which they own). The Sci-Fi audience I'm sure will love it.

Niche genre shows don't traditionally do well in primetime slots on major networks. They don't tend to generate enough audience, and therefore advertising revenue, to make it worthwhile to keep producing the shows. There are exceptions, like Lost or X-Files, but the shows have to be so good and so polished that they have to appeal to folks already outside the niche audience. I agree with Listener that this is unlikely with this show. But we'll see.
All in all, I'd say Jericho is off to a stronger start, narratively speaking. And even that isn't great. It looks a lot like last season where you had a handful of shows trying to score that geek/dork audience but none of them were quite as compelling as their premises.

I was surprised at how graphic they got. And the ending was certainly a doozy, as was the fate of the heroin addict. Still, they spent, once again, pretty much zero time fleshing out any of the characters. It's hard to muster up anything but superficial interest when you don't have anyone to care about.

Yeah, I'm thinking it's pretty sucky being the cheerleader right about now. I can't watch Studio 60 - I'm at my tv show quota with Lost, Heroes, Jericho, ER, Amazing Race, Survivor and The Nine (although I may drop The Nine - weird show).

I really liked Studio 60 last night; I think it's actually getting better. I think that Amanda Peet and Timothy Busfield are both really fun to watch.
I think that the "cast within a cast" on Studio 60 is that funny (Hughley and Corrdry aside), and I think there has to be some believability in that group to make the show work. I think the first couple of episodes of any series is tough, especially in the cutthroat TV market now (Smith and Kidnapped are already gone). You have one or two hours to get the audience to know enough about everyone to stick around.

I thought Studio 60 came out swinging because they had all the veterans working on those episodes. The last two episodes have been handled by fresher faces and I think it really shows in the storytelling momentum.

I downloaded the first 5 episodes of Heros, since I recorded the 6th episode.
I just finished episode 3. I am freakin' hooked. This show is awesome. At the end of this episode when the cheerleader woke up on the table, I was like "holy fucking shit! did that just fucking HAPPEN?"
I'm pissed now because I have to go back to work for inventory and I won't be able to watch episodes 4 and 5 until Saturday.
Yeah, I'm hooked, too.
Hooked on a feeling? Are you high on believing that I'm in love with you?
Don't hassle the Hoff!
It did get better, thankfully. I was getting pissed at all the gore trying to distract from any character development. Thankfully, they knocked it off and started treating the characters with a little respect. It's gotten much better.
"I had a sword...?"
I gave up on Jericho.
I thought it was interesting that this week they introduced more characters into the mix. The radiation guy burning the nurse surprised me. So did the plot twist with Ali Larter's character and her husband.

True. Perhaps a kid that was involved and knows about his father's studies. That might explain the photo.

So far, given that there's no evidence of him using the powers of others, I've always assumed that either he hated himself and by extension those who are like him or he wants to feel special. You can't be special if others have abilities too.

I thought it was because he doesn't want anyone to be able to stop him. He realizes he was one of the first to understand and control his power and he wants the others dead before they become more powerful.
Next week I think Peter is going to find the cheerleader and he will get hurt badly somehow, but because he is near her he will heal quickly like she does, only a single scar will remain.

I thought the brain stealer guy was the cheerleader's dad all along. But it appears that I was mistaken.

She may have been instructed not to. Or she may have felt it was unnecessary, that Mohinder would come back to it naturally. Perhaps those people lurking in the shadows are hoping Mohinder discovers something that his father kept hidden or was on the verge of discovering.
On the other hand, I already overthink Lost and probably shouldn't overthink Heroes.
I wonder if any of the online material, like the graphic novels and blogs(?), help flesh this stuff out.

the novels give a lot more background. hiro's blog, not so much, but it's still kinda funny. he writes himself like a final fantasy character at times.
I'm going to miss this tonight. Going to the Dane Cook MSG "movie". But I'll watch it online tommorrow.
I'm looking forward to tonight's episode. Pretty much everything that the series was building up to happened last week, so it feels to me like we're in completely uncharted territory now.

See, I think they misadvertised last week. If what we saw was all that monumental then they really haven't shown us why.
Good: we get the Sylar reveal and origin synopsis
Bad: him, his origin, and especially his motivation are pretty lame

Which one is Ted? The cop? I hope not. I say be edgy, go with the kid.
Did you notice that after the flashbacks were all done, that all of the episode end shockers were the exact same episode end shockers replayed from last week? Kind of lame.
Also, if I gave a kid a $2000 laptop and I turned around minutes later to find him dismantling it into pieces I'd be pretty pissed off, too. Seems a reasonable reaction.

Ohhhh! I'm so dumb.
why now?
It just didn't click for me until just now. I don't know why. Sylar had no powers, the telekinetic dude did and said he wanted them taken away from him, and then Syler could do telekenesis. But the dots just didn't connect for me until I read your post.
I think Sylar had power - he saw how things worked. The tests were showing positive but when he looked at the head of the telekinetic dude he briefly saw a flash like he was understanding how the brain and these powers worked. He justed wanted more power than what he had.

Good: we get the Sylar reveal and origin synopsis
Bad: him, his origin, and especially his motivation are pretty lame
I like what they revealed about stripper girl, though.
I like that his motivation has the same basic principle as Peter's.
who do you think gets offed? I think it's gonna be ted.
Which one is Ted? The cop? I hope not. I say be edgy, go with the kid.
Did you notice that after the flashbacks were all done, that all of the episode end shockers were the exact same episode end shockers replayed from last week? Kind of lame.
I dunno. If they have a set storyline, revealing things at their pace instead of like, say, "Lost" where they're just making shit up, then I'm okay with there not being some big reveal at the end of each episode. I think they had a fair number of reveals in the episode itself, really. Nikki's dead sister, Nathan flying out of the car, the brain clot. They got a lot of great performances from their cast this time around. I hope to god that there's a well plotted out storyline going here.
okay there aren't enough spoilers here.

I think maybe the black guy's only power is to remove memories, and it's actually HRG's power to block other people, like how he can block Matt.

Both plausible. Also, perhaps HRG suspects the actual brith mother is alive and might cause trouble, so that's why he sets up fakes to play the parts of the actual parents.

I didn't think she was that attractive. She was really annoying. What's gonna be really cool is if Peter flips out. Maybe HE cuts Issac's head off, not Sylar?

That whole "no, keep the key" thing was stupid. You just knew it was gonna bite her. Everyone else seems to be able to get into his studio just by opening the door - why set it up so blatently?

it is the heroes thread though, why can't we discuss what has happened in here. the people that haven't watched it yet maybe shouldn't check the thread.
Very true. When I miss a week, I don't come near this thread until I can watch it.
Ditto what Alice said. I just watched this week's episode. Missy Pyle (the casino bitch) went to the same high school as my wife. I met her at a drama club reunion my wife dragged me to 10 years ago. She didn't look that freaky in real life. Maybe she does now that she's all rich and famous.
Tonight's HRG centered episode is not only being called one of the best of the show so far, but one of the best hours of TV for the last year. They're supposedly gonna drop a few bombs tonight.
Yay! Dropping bombs, just like America likes!
Crap, I still need to watch last week's episode of Lost.
Hooray, this gonna rock!
It better rock.
Eric Roberts FTW!
Soooo awesome
WOAH

That I agree with. But there are a slew of people out there, the majority I would imagine, who only watch the show and don't bother with the online stuff. And they shouldn't have to go to the Website to get resolutions to story arcs and characters they only know through the show.
Yes, Hana was introduced online first, but most people don't know that. She's just the hottie Internet chick from last week's episode who has now disappeared again. And in that context, it's poor storytelling. They should at least have a disclaimer on the show stating that you have to go to the Website if you want the rest of her story.
I think Lost has done a better job with this idea, in that it has a very strong online presence which exists outside of the normal show. It compliments the series, but you don't have to rely on it.

I should clarify that I haven't been keeping up with the online Heroes stuff so much as to make a definitive statement on the matter. I'm just commenting on what I see going on with the Hana character. It is entirely possible that the show will resolve her whereabouts in an upcoming episode.
That was an awesome show. i think the best episode so far. I liked the the black donnelly's too.
Just watched last night's episode. I'm shocked. That was really well done. The right mix of answers and development. The inability to do this exact type of thing is why Lost is floundering and Heroes is succeeding.
I enjoyed it, too. I didn't expect what Mr. Bennet did, nor did I expect to see how he came to be Claire's adoptive father.
As usual, I was left wanting more. I hope that when NBC releases the DVD set that they include all of the web stuff.

Yeah, you have to be a bit more careful on TF now as a result.
That said, the identity of who is playing Lindeman is like the worst kept secret on TV.
I realized yesterday that when HP7 comes out this summer that I will have to avoid all of my Net haunts until I read it, lest the end get ruined like it did for HP6. Damn people using TF to spoil everything.

My thoughts exactly. You'd think they'd ground the show with Suresh.
I don't think it will be ALL new characters, from what I gathered from that. Just like 24 isn't all new characters. There are some that will be the same, like Hiro I imagine, but a good cast change of probably 2/3rds.
Why did Claire get out of the car and then get back in? That was dramatically awkward and pointless.
OH SNAP
F*CK! Work called and I just missed the whole HRG/Isaac scene. Someone recap please.

He was always intended to be gay, which I think is nice considering his relationship with Claire. It added a new spin to the cliches.
Then why on earth was there a fight about it?

Because that actor was up for the role of John Connor in the new Terminator TV show and they didn't want him to get typecast and not get the role.
Meanwhile, that last fight before the commercial break was arguably the coolest thing in this show the whole season. Also, I like Lindeman's shtick. Very comic booky.

I can't wait for season one on DVD. Every show on television should strive to be as good as last night's episode. I just wish I could have seen what was going on when Mohinder closed the door.
Shit. Am I going to have to netflix this whole damn series when it comes out? I've never seen an episode, just about 5 minutes where the little blonde girl found out her dad wasn't her dad, then he got shot.
some thoughts:
"Save the cheerleader, save the world" is the phrase Hiro came up with to motivate Peter. If Peter could stop Sylar from getting Clair's power he couldn't regen when Hiro stabbed him, and therefore Sylar wouldn't blow up.
BUT Sylar didn't blow up. Peter did. Nathan just said it was Sylar to protect Peter.
One other thought. Peter's scar has really been bugging me. Why can't he heal it? In the original timeline Peter didn't save Clair, so perhaps in that future Peter couldn't regen.
I wish we could have seen the Peter/Sylar battle.

You're right about the scar... he never had regen because he never saved Claire.
And Nathan didn't say it was Sylar to protect Peter, cuz Nathan *is* Sylar at that point. "Nathan" said it was Sylar to explain his disappearance... then he could kill Nathan and get away with becoming Nathan.

maybe, but Sylar did tell Peter that he had taken Nathan long after Nathan had betrayed his own people. I got the impression that Sylar didn't become Nathan until after Nathan was President.

some thoughts:
Could be... its hard to tell. Sylar isn't exactly the most honest guy anyway.
One week later, and Five Years Gone still kicks ass.
Yay! Ellen Greene!
Ellen Greene is great, but this episode is a serious step down from last week's momentum. So far.

Yeah. Though last week would be hard to follow. I'm guessing this is a set up for next week's momentum.
Have I mentioned, YAY ELLEN GREENE!
Oh man, now THAT'S evil!
I want Mr. Brooks to kick ass up to its potential. But Dane Cook is NOT an actor...
I'm really interested to see him in a serious role. Well, partially serious.
Mohinder has perfect teeth.
Jesus.
No, Mohinder.
The show just picked up again. Great scene.
Mohinder is pretty hot. Well, most of the guys on this show are... but it's a TV show, I suppose its to be expected.
Poor Hiro. I just want to snuggle him and tell him it will be okay.
So wait, both last episodes are next Monday?
Are they? I don't watch the "next on" part.

Spin-off in the fall = more Heroes
Quote
* It looks like NBC is using the six-hour "Heroes: Origins" spinoff to plug up "repeat holes" in the "Heroes" schedule. Set in the "Heroes" universe, the spinoff is to introduce a new hero each week that may be integrated into the main show. Is it an anthology series?
Cool!
I can't wait for next Monday!
I really wish Nathan would call back.
He's probably kinda busy right now. What with the returns and all.
But it was a landslide.
Damn politicians.
I got the call, too. Why's he calling out of his district?
I still am disappointed in how they've dealt with some of the peripheral characters, like the Matrix chick and Invisible Guy. It's like they introduce them as important and then they just disappear.
Beyond that, last night's episode was a lot of fun.

i'm pretty sure the invisible guy is going to have a big part next season, and the matrix chick has been the focal point of the online novels, which is kind of a drag. she was in the 5 years in the future episode (she's the one that took the bullet in the head by the mind reader when he was capturing hrg).
You captured HRG?!!
oops!
I liked it better the other way. It took the non-television part of Heroes in a whole new direction I didn't expect.

Personally, I doubt it. They had a short time to go a very high distance for a very large burst of radioactive energy. If Nathan lived, he'd look like that guy who gets the toxic waste dumped on him in Robocop. Besides, Nathan would have started getting burned and radiation poisoning the moment he held Peter to himself to take off in flight.

How are you sure he isn't dead?
Well for one, the writers hinted at it a while back. But more to the narrative point, his power is too useful combined with how much everyone hates him. Having to go to him for help is the stuff that superhero drama is made from.
You're right about that last part.
When did the writers hint about it?
I just assumed it was Molly's "worse than the boogeyman" guy that dragged Sylar to the sewers.
I think there is a difference on Molly "thinking" or conjuring his location, and just talking about him.

It's like deja vu, all over again.
You should never assume I've read everything.
what if, like, Nathan let him go? And he exploded while falling, but maybe got away. And I think Peter will live.
Maybe Nathan let him go before he asploded, and then flew around and collected all the Peter bits, and then flew the Peter bits back to earth, and the the Peter bits coalesced like mercury drops and then Nathan died of mercury poisoning.
Wait, Peter could fly on his own anyway because he absorbs the powers of others, including Nathan's. So why did Nathan, or anyone else, need to assist him in the first place? Just fly up or to somewhere remote and wait it out.

Maybe the radiation was taking up all his energy and focus, so he couldn't think to do any other powers.
I think he lost control of all his powers, which is why he blew up. At that moment he was absorbing all of sylar's powers, plus the powers of Nikki, DL, Michi, and Molly. I think it overloaded him and he couldn't fly away on his own.
I'm pretty sure Nathan didn't live. Like Beefy said, even if he had let him go, the radiation would be too much for his body at that point.

I go into the hospital tonight so as they can monitor my sleep. Apparently, as well as snoring loudly, I stop breathing a few times a night.
That's not good. Think you'll get sent home with one of those breathing masks?

My friend's husband did the sleep study thing and got the breathing machine thingie and has since felt better and then lost a crapload of weight and doesn't need it anymore. Not that you need to lose a crapload of weight. Just saying the machine helped him have enough energy to get fit so that he didn't need the machine.

Well, if crapload you need to lose, perhaps hearing that he's lost almost 100 pounds will be inspirational. He's also a really tall guy. I guess the weight is a big factor in sleep apnea.

I agree. Amnesia is a cheap narrative ploy allowing the writers to rehash last season's dramatic beats.
That said, they let him use his powers in a fight, so that negated the cheapness for me.

I discovered last night that I can watch this on Netflix on demand thingy. I think I'll work on that while I'm out of work.
I'm half way through episode four so far. I like it. It is good.
I'm up to episode 15. I really like Claire, and Hiro is awesome. Ali Larter is super hot. Her husband isn't bad looking either. The cop's story line is annoying. I like the show, and I'm obviously hooked, but it seems to have a bit too much going on at times, and too many main characters.
I'm definitely going to keep watching.

False start for NBC's 'Heroes: Origins'
By Andrew Wallenstein
Nov 1, 2007
Fears of a writers strike may have already contributed to a decision NBC made Wednesday to pull the highly anticipated spinoff miniseries of its hit "Heroes" from a midseason launch.
NBC declined comment, but "Heroes: Origins" is not going to get its six-episode run, which was expected to start as early as late April. While the network hasn't officially canceled the spinoff, producers of the series have been given no indication of when it might get a spot on the schedule.
Sources indicated "Origins" may be just the first of many projects lined up at the broadcast networks in 2008 that will get downgraded as a result of the potential strike, which could severely affect the TV industry. Budget allocations made months ago for a range of scripted programs, many of which will not be feasible without sidelined writers, will likely be reconsidered and potentially shifted to strike-proof material like reality and news programs.
"Origins" had been highly touted as a midseason addition since NBC's upfront in May, when then-entertainment president Kevin Reilly envisioned spelling "Heroes" when it took a late-season hiatus. The network had been promoting "Origins" well in advance of its premiere, noting the enlistment of such top directors as Kevin Smith and Eli Roth to write and direct select episodes.
However, it is also possible that NBC, now under the creative direction of Ben Silverman, may have seen its enthusiasm diminish for an expansion of the "Heroes" franchise given a pronounced ratings drop-off in recent weeks for the flagship series.
It is unclear at what stage "Origins" was in the preproduction process, though it is unlikely scripts had been completed.
In other NBC news, unscripted series "The Singing Bee" has been yanked from the schedule for the upcoming November sweeps period in favor of expanded two-hour installments of "The Biggest Loser."

QuoteSources confirm that the show is going back and shooting an alternate ending to the Dec. 3 episode that, if used, would allow the episode to function as a season finale in the event of a strike. Originally, the episode was only supposed to serve as the conclusion of the current "Generations" arc. Should an 11th-hour agreement be reached and a strike averted (fingers crossed!), the alt ending would likely be scrapped.

One of the studio suits had the audacity to suggest that the DVD rental and commercial purchase markets were unproven, and so the writer's had no right to suggest an additional amount of royalties from such an untested market.

After I got over myself being so clever and insightful (and modest), I realized this was a bad thing. The storytelling shouldn't be that predictable. It's been pretty sloppy so far this season as it is, but I shouldn't be able to guess major plot points weeks ahead of time. It's like they're barely trying. Each episode seems to have a couple of solid moments and some nice acting, but it's surrounded by a bunch of wishy washiness and clumsy plotting.

Yeah, I knew it wasn't over because of how Nathan was healed last week. It did surprise me that Suresh ended up shooting him because I totally fell for it when Noah had the flashback to the painting and disarmed Suresh. Based on where he was when he revived I'm inclined to believe that it was Adam's blood that healed him and not Claire's and that Noah will team up with Adam. But that could just be what they want me to believe.

I wouldn't go quite that far. They still recycled a dramatic beat from earlier in the season, which is still lazy writing. And they now have two episodes left to try address why they introduced new characters in this volume, since none seem to have anything to do with anything. Same goes for Sylar. And they've had no idea what to do with Jessikki at all this season.
So yeah, last night's was a great improvement, but it wasn't perfect, and it might be too little too late.
I'm just waiting for Mulder and Scully to show up.

I'm reserving my "yay" on this. It's amazing to me how time and a crappy second season have undermined my enthusiasm for this show. They're going to have to work some minor miracles to maintain my interest. A lot of what I've heard about the third season so far is kind of hokey sounding, but could be pulled off with the right delivery. We shall see.
I was thinking today that I was so unhappy with the end of season 2 that I didn't entirely remember it. I had to go look it up.
Watching the pre-premiere show. I'm getting excited.

I'm still hoping evil Mrs. Petrelli's story arc helps save the show.
I'm still curious as to what her ability is. I think she's like Peter.
We find out at the start of this season.
Adrian Pasdar looks very uncomfortable.
Of all of the people who could have shot Nathan I didn't see that coming.
The speed lines were a nice touch.
I thought so, too. Hiro sure does get beat up by girls a lot.

Lindermann? WTF?
No one stays dead in comics.
They still haven't addressed what happened to Peter's Irish girlfriend he abandoned in the future that no longer exists.
I imagine that if he ever does find her that she's gonna be pissed.
Red lightning is so much cooler than blue.
So that's what she does...
Credit where's it due. Despite some obvious and silly plot points, it's off to a stronger start than I was ready to give it credit for. I like the sci-fi aspects.
HOLY SHIT
I fell asleep about 45 minutes in.
The pre-premier thing was stupid. Why not just say, "We know you've forgotten what this show was about, here are some clips."
Did Sylar just want to toy with Claire while she was locked in the closet? Surely he could have gotten her if he wanted to.
Pretty underwhelming.

When my scientists involve themselves in their own experiments, start climbing walls and having super strength that comes with horrible consequences, those scientists need to be Jeff Goldblum.

It doesn't matter now. Sylar completely blew it.
I watch the show and enjoy it for what is while it's on. Then I get a week to think about it and it pisses me off that it's been so stupid and by the time it's Monday again I want to give up but I watch anyway because I've come this far and I'm back to square one again.
A commentator over at AICN summed up his frustrations thusly:
QuoteFollowing Peter's ludicrous showdown at FutureSylar's house, I have zero confidence left in this series' writers.
From Wikipedia's entry on "idiot plot":
In literary and film criticism, an idiot plot is a plot which (in the words of the Turkey City Lexicon), "functions only because all the characters involved are idiots: They behave in a way that suits the author's convenience, rather than through any rational motivation of their own." Alternate formulations describe only the protagonist as being an idiot (http://www.aintitcool.com/node/38713)

Well .... is anyone watching this season?
I feel like the first two episodes were leading up to something good, and now that things are in motion it could be a good season.
However, I'm afraid every episode is going to be like this, where they spend the whole episode "building up" and then ending with nothing every really happening.
I am no longer excited about this show at all.
I quit last volume. The reviews I've read about this volume state that it's pretty bad up until the fifth or sixth episode, when Bryan Fuller started helping the show again.

Spoilers:
Which of Sylar's powers get Peter get? He couldn't fly or heal so he didn't get them all. Did he get only get the shape shifting power? Or did he get Sylar's original power? Peter was not a pussy this episode, hopefully they keep him that way.
Parkman has turned into a pussy.
I liked the whole idea of turning Sylar into Nathan. Or course there are plot holes (why just have Peter pretend to be Nathan for a while?) but the idea was cool.
Maybe Hiro is done and will go home for good, although I would like to seem them flush Ando out and maybe turn him into a villain.
Bringing Ali Larter back was lame.

I know I suck. I actually proof-read everything I've typed before I hit post, it's just I know what I meant to say and my mind fills it in for me. It's part of being dyslexic. I don't have problems with individual letters but with whole words. I also have a hard time with numbers. I can write a number down and repeat it out loud and what I say is not what I wrote. It's odd.
I was 20 before they ever tested me for dyslexia and they just said "yep your dyslexic" and never told me how to deal with it. I should probably get a book or something to help with it.
But then I might just read all the words wrong. "The book says to upper brain arch sophomore. That makes sense."
On 2nd thought I'm going to keep posting like I do. That way years in the future someone will find this message board and think I'm brilliant.
"These other people make sense, but 'get did get'? What does that mean? WHAT IS SWOLT TRYING TO TELL US?"
Then someone writes a book called "The swolt code" where it is revealed that Jesus was a tranny.
Cathr may be the verbal rapist but I'm it's pimp
Fine. Blame it on a serious disorder. Take all the fun out of it for everybody.
Have they even confirmed a 4th season? After the way it floundered this season I've been a bit concerned. If there is another season I hope that it is more like season one.
It appears that Peter only took the shape-shifting power.
I think that the re-introduction of Ali Larter was inevitable. There was still another sister as far as I knew. I think the sisters separated at birth thing is a bit lame, but whatever.
I'm confused as to why they had Sylar become Nathan. I guess it makes sense that Peter wouldn't know if they're progressing toward the scenario of the post-apocalyptic future where Sylar was posing as Nathan and Peter didn't know and he found out right before the battle royale that they didn't show. They could have revived Nathan with an injection of Claire's blood. They did it to Noah after he was shot through the eye and he came back to life, so the drama with Angela Petrelli could have been completely avoided.
I don't understand a lot of what happened early in the season with Parkman. I don't know why he was given the ability to paint the future and his general character development was lame. His whole storyline was lame. About as lame as that whole "catalyst" storyline that they graciously killed.
I see a lot of "lame" in there. This reaffirms my decision. Now if I can just stop watching Fringe and Lost I can just stare at the wall every evening.
