what did you have for lunch?

I rarely eat lunch.  When I do, it's usually a small bag of pretzels and a Big Red.

why's that?

1. Available in vending machine

2. Doesn't seem to upset my innards.

I generally try to avoid eating during the day lest something bad happen and send me home early.  That said, I have a whole new diet mapped out (have had it mapped out for months) which would entail doing something similar but I need a good solid block of days without any responsibilities to make a serious dietary change.

Yeah, but at this point it probably has more minerals than I can handle.

Do you eat at night?  When is there ever food in your food?

So maybe you should eat breakfast and lunch, so your body is using those calories instead of storing them.  You might feel better, too.  So, what's the deal with your digestive system?  Do you have problems eating a lot of different things?

I have Crohn's Disease, so anytime I eat anything I run the risk of irritating my insides.  My current meal schedule sucks, I agree.  It's how sumo wrestlers pack on pounds.  However, by not eating mornings and eating next to nothing at lunch I don't irritate my insides and therefore can get through a work day.

I'm sorry to hear that.  I had a girlfriend who had Crohn's, though at the time, it wasn't actively bothering her.
