I'm sad that Charleton Heston the actor has passed, I think he was unhealthy in the past few years and this will be relief.

However, it makes me even more sad that the first thing I thought of when I heard of his death wasn't Ben Hur or Moses or any of his fantastic roles, it was his dumb ass "From my cold dead hands" speech for the NRA.  It was the stupid redneck "Charleton Heston is my president" bumper stickers.
